Used 2 scoops, couldn’t digest it in time for a running workout 5 hours later- good if you want to feel full! But only if you’re not planning on working out, maybe good post workout meal component
I use the unflavored vegan powder before and after workouts, and to mix with other, super-sweet protein products to cut the yucky over-sweetened taste into something I can handle. The size, price, and utility of the product as muscle builder make it an uncommon value.
It has no taste and works well with almond milk. It leaves a full feeling afterwards.
Love that the vegan plant protein powder has no added flavors. I've been adding this into my smoothies in the morning.
